Doug has worked in the hospitality industry for 19 years. He is experienced in bartending, catering and food preparation. His first exposure to the world of food and drink came when working with Gallagher & Gallagher the Caterers, in Wilmington while attending the University of Delaware. After 4 years with G&G, he moved to Naperville, Illinois where he served as general manager for Pockets, Inc, located in Aurora, Illinois. Pockets was a 25,000 square foot upscale sports bar featuring a full menu. After an eleven year run, Pockets closed to yield way to a new club designed by the same owners.

After high school, she attended Northern Illinois University to major in advertising. Two semesters later, she decided to “take a break” from her studies to pursue her dream of bringing people food and cleaning up after them. She then landed herself a serving gig at a little sports bar called Pockets, Inc.
