Do you accept reservations?
We do not accept reservations at The Pig+Fish. All seating is on a "first come, first served" basis.
However, during the Off Season, all seating is done on a "walk in and pick your own table" basis. That's right, odds are pretty good we'll have a seat for you, so enjoy the free parking and come in and see us any time.
Can you accommodate large groups?
We do not take any groups larger than 8 people. Groups of 9 or more will be seated as separate tables. This allows us to serve your group, as well as the other Pig + Fish guests in a timely manner. We will do our best to seat you near each other, but during summer or peak hours, we cannot hold tables. We seat as they become available, with no guarantee they will be close together.
As a courtesy to our other diners, if there are children in your group and if your party is at 2 or more tables, an adult (18 years & over ) must be seated with each table.
You may be asking yourself, why is this neccessary? If you don't want to supervise your kids, there is a good chance that the people at the table next to them probably don't either. So strap on your parent pants and enjoy your meal!
Can we bring our dog on the patio?
In keeping with The Delaware Health Department code, we cannot have dogs on the patio. They may be on the other side of the fence, outside of the food service area.
How come other restaurants allow dogs on their patios? Well, it's a mystery to us. If Lisa could bring her cats to work every day, she sure would. But the Health Department says no, so we just follow the guidelines they give us.
Do you allow strollers in the restaurant?
Due to Fire Marshall code and space issues, we do not allow strollers inside of the building or on the patio. We do have high chairs available upon request.
Fear not, stroller thefts in our fair city are slim to none. But we do have a couple of places to store them, if you do not wish to leave them out front.
